UTAH:

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and School – Riverton, Utah is seeking a teacher for grades 3 – 5. Concordia Learning Center (CLC) is celebrating 10 years of service as an infant through ages 3 and 4 preschools. We have grown one grade per year and now are enrolling through fifth grade. Our dynamic teachers and staff have grown our school under God’s guidance to the full capacity of our current facility. We are in the process of constructing another building on our campus that will accommodate a permanent sanctuary and seven new classrooms, and phase two of the project will provide a full-sized gymnasium.  

Our school is a member of the Consortium of Classical Lutheran Education (CCLE) and is accredited by that organization as well as by National Lutheran School Accreditation (NLSA). We teach in a rapidly growing community that presents many exciting challenges and opportunities, and we seek a new teacher who will become part of our Holy Trinity and CLC family. 

The position we’d need to fill is for a licensed teacher in a single classroom with grades 3-5. The lesson planning is mainly in place for all subject areas, but there is room left teacher creativity. We use a Classical Christian curriculum for math, grammar, spelling, cursive, art, literature, Christian studies, geography, and science. We also teach Latin, typing, and coding online, and provide P.E. outdoors in our reimagined and updated playground. 

The teachers and administration work as a team to help the school and learning center run successfully in many aspects. The church and school are considered one in ministry and partner together to connect people to Jesus. Our school year runs for 10 months as a traditional school year, and then we are open and working over the summer with modified hours and days.  

Holy Trinity’s ministry includes an Early Learning Center and a Kindergarten through 5th-grade school. Choir Director:

The director selects choral music, conducts weekly choir rehearsals, and directs the choir at traditional Sunday worship services three to four times per month and during special church seasons such as Advent or Lent.
